Putting the Nice in ICE—Cascade Christmas | November 30 – December 2
14th Annual Cascade Christmas
Executive produced by Jana Pulcini-Leard
Produced by Jill Brown
Directed by Tom Kirschman
On December 23, 2018, the devious rhymer, Jack Frost, is delivered via UPS to the North Pole. Annoyed with Santa for changing his dreary winter to cheery, Jack hacks the new supercomputer sleigh so that instead of taking Santa around the world in half the time, it becomes a time-travel machine. Santa and his techno-elf, Tinker, make several stops through the ages enjoying a variety of musical acts all celebrating Christmas Eve, but always striving to get back to 2018 by using technology. Meanwhile, back at the North Pole, Mrs. Claus, who suspects that Jack Frost is responsible for Santa’s disappearance, tries to trick Jack into helping find Santa.
After his final stop, 2000 years in the past, Santa realizes that he can get back relying only on Christmas Magic and, of course, his trusty reindeer. And a very merry Christmas was had by all.
