Following the resignation of longtime employee Haley Sadler, the Cascade Theatre is proud to welcome Elizabeth Sosa Bailey as the newest addition to their staff. Elizabeth will take over the duties as Marketing & Sponsorship Manager, overseeing the organization’s visibility, sales, marketing and development. This position is responsible for designing, implementing and managing all show, theater and project marketing, social media, and fundraising activities including annual giving, endowment and capital campaigns, show sponsorships, special projects, and other related solicitations. Her official start date is Monday, July 30, 2018.
Elizabeth joins the Cascade Theatre with over 10 years’ experience in Marketing, Community Outreach and Engagement, Donor Relations and Publicity for the arts. Elizabeth moved from Texas last year, bringing with her a wealth of experience and energy the Cascade Theatre is excited to have. Most recently, Elizabeth worked for North State Public Radio and also closely with local arts organizations such as the Shasta County Arts Council and Redding Cultural District. Her immediate involvement in our community, passion for our city, and work experience made her an ideal candidate for this position and we look forward to the Cascade Theatre’s continued growth.
